MATCHA PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup birch benders paleo pancake mix
1/2 cup filtered water
ceremonial grade matcha, 1 1/2 packets
chosen foods avocado oil spray
1/3 cup goat yogurt for topping, optional
organic blackberries for topping, optional
METHOD
1. Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
2. Add the water, and mix until well combined.
3. In a large stovetop pan, spray with avocado oil spray. Add the pancake mix. Flip after 3 minutes.
4. Make the two other pancakes. Top with yogurt, berries, and more matcha if desired. Enjoy warm.
