Who knew jammy eggs with a soft yolk could be so simple? The air fryer will become your best friend in this recipe. 12 grams of protein with the eggs alone, and a great choice for key nutrients such as choline, vitamin A, K, C, and all essential trace elements.

AIR FRYER JAMMY EGGS

INGREDIENTS:
2 pasture-raised eggs
2 cups filtered water
1 cup ice
METHOD:
1. Place two eggs in the air fryer. Air fry at 290 for 10 minutes. Preheat, if needed.
2. Immediately add eggs to an ice bath for 5-6 minutes.
3. Gently crack the top, and bottom. Peel, and slice.
4. Enjoy over with cottage cheese, toast, yogurt, or rice like I did.
